The Southern California Aviation Association (SCAA) Aviation Career Training Scholarship is open to Southern California residents currently enrolled or accepted into an accredited two-year college or four-year university who are studying aviation related curricula.
Applicants must have a minimum 2.50 GPA on a 4.0 scale and have completed flight training through at least the private pilot "solo" phase or begun serious studies in another aviation discipline (e.g. aircraft maintenance or air traffic control). This scholarship may be used for aviation career training, tuition and books. The recipient must designate a college, university or flight training institution and scholarship funds will be drafted directly to the recipient's school of choice.
